Click the [Properties] link:

in order to show the source details form:

Choose a unique name for this source (e.g. newsPage) and write your email address in the “Send an email to:” field. You may also want to specify a label for the source - something like "News from Curiosity Quick Start".
Click on the OK button in order to close the source details form, then save the Source.
From the Tools menu click on the Edit Curiosity.xml menu item: the curiosity.xml file (located in the Curiosity installation folder) is opened in the default xml editor (if it is opened Internet Explorer, you can edit the source by clicking on the View/Source menu item). Now, you have to set a proper Smtp server address in the curiosity/options/smtp node. Then, save the file and exit.
Exit Curiosity Studio too.
You're done.
Open again the command line at the Curiosity installation directory and type:
curiosity -s newsPage
You will get an email with the following text:
